Activity Recording

Recording of activities and events that STEM Ambassadors have undertaken is a very important way of keeping track of the support being provided across Scotland, so that we can work to fill the gaps where necessary.

Regular reports of activities in the region are sent to STEMNET in order that a picture of STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) in Scotland can be made. STEM Ambassadors can work extensively with schools through projects of interest and it is important that this contribution is recognised.

We ask STEM Ambassadors to keep us updated of activities they have undertaken. This can be done by inputting the activity directly into the STEMNET online database using your STEM Ambassador login and password,

Alternatively you can complete the Activity Feedback Form which can be saved, completed and emailed or printed, and posted to the address on the form.

It is useful to know the name of school, age of pupils, description of the event/project and also numbers involved. This can be for single events as well as for longer-term mentoring and support for a particular school/class.

If you would like to give us feedback on a recent activity you have undertaken, please complete this Feedback Form and return to us at stem-ambassadors@glasgow.ac.uk

STEM Ambassadors are required to undertake at least one activity a year, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LET US KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! (even if Science Connects was not involved in the organisation of the activity)
